What should I include for an order issue?
Your order number, the email used at checkout, the book title, and a short explanation help us find the order. If photos would clarify damage or a binding problem, email them with those details.
What kind of spiral binding do you use?
We use a single flexible plastic coil through round holes. It allows the book to lie flat and fold back. If you have a question about a particular title, include its name in your message.
Can I ask about a title or a larger order?
Yes. Send the title or ISBN, the quantity you have in mind, and any binding requirements. We will review the request and explain what is available before you commit to an order.
How much is shipping?

Can I return a book if I change my mind?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Eligible books must be unused, unmarked, and complete. We cover standard return shipping, including change-of-mind returns. Please wait for our return instructions before sending the book.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether fulfillment can still be stopped. Once an order has shipped, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.
