We ship within the United States only. Here is what to expect when your books travel from Bitig Store to you. The delivery methods available for your address and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

The free standard shipping threshold applies to US delivery addresses and the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping. Express services are separate and are not included in the free standard shipping offer.
Delivery options and estimates
US standard shipping is generally estimated at 3–5 business days in transit after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and does not include order preparation. Any available express options, their prices, and estimates are shown at checkout.
Carrier schedules, holidays, weather, and other delivery conditions can affect timing. If you need a book for a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can help you review the available options.
Order preparation and tracking
We prepare orders after payment and order details have been confirmed. Preparation time may vary with availability and the work needed for the books in your order. Contact us for a current dispatch estimate; we do not treat a transit estimate as a promise of the total time from purchase to delivery.
When your order is dispatched, we send shipping confirmation to the email address used at checkout, with tracking when available. A tracking link may take time to show its first carrier scan.
Where we deliver
We currently ship only to delivery addresses within the United States. We do not offer international delivery.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your street address, apartment or suite number, postal code, and email before paying. If you notice an error, contact us immediately with your order number. We will check whether it can be changed before dispatch; changes after shipment are not always possible.
If tracking stops updating, a package appears missing, or an order is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us. Check the delivery details and nearby safe locations, and let us know what you have already checked so we can help investigate with the carrier.
Damaged deliveries and returns
Keep the book and packaging and contact us if something arrives damaged or incorrect. Photos of the issue and shipping packaging can help. Our return and refund policy explains the 30-day return window and return shipping covered by us.
