These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using bitigstore.com and purchasing from Bitig Store, operated by Bitig LLC. In these terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Bitig LLC, and “you” means the person using the store or placing an order. Our online store runs on Shopify.
Using Bitig Store
Please read these terms and the policies linked below before placing an order. By using the store or making a purchase, you agree to the terms that apply to that use or purchase. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
You must be legally able to make the purchase, or use the store with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted. Provide accurate contact, shipping, billing, and account information. Keep account access secure and tell us if you believe your account or order details have been misused.
Our books and binding service
Bitig Store offers books with practical spiral binding. Unless a listing states otherwise, our rebinding uses a single flexible plastic coil threaded through round holes, allowing the book to lie flat and fold back. Review each listing for its title, author, edition, language, format, and other product details.
Spiral rebinding is an additional service performed by our team. Rebound versions of other publishers’ books are not official editions produced by those publishers and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by the original authors or publishers. Rights in the original book content remain with their respective owners. Binding, dimensions, and the appearance of a rebound book may differ from the original edition.
Product information and availability
We aim to describe products and show their covers accurately. Screen settings and production differences can affect appearance. Please ask before ordering if a particular edition, size, or feature is essential to you.
Availability can change. If a material error or availability problem affects your order, we will contact you about a correction, an alternative you choose, or cancellation and a refund of any amount paid for the canceled item. We will not substitute a different title without your agreement.
Prices, payment, and orders
The price, currency, applicable taxes, and shipping charge are shown before checkout is completed. Prices and promotions may change for future orders. Discount conditions are stated with the offer, and the final order total appears at checkout.
Use a payment method you are authorized to use. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; we may need to verify payment, availability, or details before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for a payment failure, suspected fraud, a material listing error, or inability to fulfill it. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange the corresponding refund and notify you using the contact details provided.
Shipping, cancellations, and returns
Our Shipping policy explains US-only delivery, shipping rates, and estimates. We do not offer international delivery. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; it may not be possible to stop an order already in fulfillment or transit.
Our Return and refund policy forms part of these terms. Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery, and we cover standard return shipping. The policy explains product condition, how to contact us, and refund handling.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not use the store for fraud or unlawful activity, impersonate someone else, interfere with checkout or site security, introduce harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems. Do not copy or use our branding, product photography, or other protected site material in a way that infringes the rights of its owner. Nothing here limits a use permitted by applicable law.
If you submit a review or message, keep it relevant and truthful, do not include another person’s private information without permission, and only provide material you have the right to share. We may moderate content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the store.
Privacy and other services
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled and the choices available to you. Please do not send payment card details or passwords through ordinary contact messages.
Links and integrations may take you to independent services, including payment providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make Bitig Store responsible for the content or operations of another website.
Site availability and responsibility
We work to keep the store useful and available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. Information about a book is not a substitute for professional advice where the subject calls for it.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from use of the website. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or reduce any mandatory consumer guarantee, refund right, or remedy. These terms do not prevent you from raising a legitimate problem with your purchase.
Changes, questions, and applicable rights
We may update these terms for future use of the store. The date above identifies this version. Changes do not remove rights that apply to orders already placed. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Applicable mandatory consumer laws continue to apply, including protections available where you live. If a problem arises, contact us so we can review it and try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms requires you to waive a right or remedy that the law does not allow you to waive.
